Urban Daizy Rewards Program Terms

1. The program and joining

Urban Daizy Rewards is a free promotional program of Urban Daisy Inc., doing business as Urban Daizy ("we," "us"). It is open to approved wholesale accounts buying for business use at urbandaizy.com. To join, sign in, read these Terms, tick the agreement box and select Join Urban Daizy Rewards. You are a member once we confirm your enrollment on the page. Creating an account, placing an order or receiving our emails does not enroll you, and you can order without joining. The person joining must be authorized to act for the store.

Joining does not subscribe you to marketing emails or texts.

2. Qualifying orders

Orders you place through checkout at urbandaizy.com after you join qualify. Orders placed before you joined do not, even if they are paid or shipped later. Faire, FashionGo, showroom, phone, email and other orders placed outside the urbandaizy.com checkout do not qualify. When we ship an order in several parts, each part earns for its own merchandise only, so the order earns once in total.

3. What you earn and when

You earn 3% of the merchandise amount of each qualifying order after discounts (including any reward code used on it), rounded down to the cent. Shipping and taxes do not earn. Example: a $500 order with no discounts earns $15.00.

We issue rewards once the order (or a shipped part of it) is fully paid and shipped. We email you a reward code at the address on your account. Rewards from several orders that become ready at the same time are combined into one code. Very small amounts (under $1.00) are carried forward until they reach $1.00.

4. Using a reward code

Enter the code at checkout on urbandaizy.com. Each code takes its full value off one order whose merchandise subtotal is at least the code's value, and it can be used once. Codes can be combined with each other and with other discount codes where checkout allows it. Codes cannot be used on other websites, marketplaces or sales channels, or applied to an order after it was placed.

5. No expiry, no fees, no cash

Reward codes do not expire. There are no fees for joining or using rewards. Rewards cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and are not redeemable for cash, except where required by applicable law. For a legally required cash redemption, email sales@urbandaizy.com.

6. Returns, cancellations and corrections

Returns and refunds of what you paid follow our Refund Policy and applicable law; this program does not change them. If an order is cancelled or refunded after it earned a reward, we may cancel the unused code for that order, or reduce rewards you earn later by that amount if the code was already used. We never charge your card or reduce a refund you are owed to recover a reward. We may correct duplicate or mistaken codes. Questions about a reward: sales@urbandaizy.com with the order number.

7. Leaving

You can leave at any time by emailing sales@urbandaizy.com. Orders placed after you leave do not earn. Codes you already received stay valid, and orders placed while you were a member still earn.

8. Changes

We may change how future rewards are earned, or end the program, with at least 30 days' notice by email. Codes already issued keep their value. Material changes need your agreement again before they apply to new orders.

9. Privacy and other terms

We use your account, order and reward records to run the program, as described in our Privacy Policy. Our Terms of Service and Refund Policy govern everything else; these Terms govern rewards. Nothing here waives a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
