Shipping policy

Orders placed before 11 AM PST, Monday - Friday, ship the same day, excluding selected holidays. This applies to available items; pre-order and back-order styles ship once they become available.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is packed and ready to be picked up by FedEx.

** Please note that if your express order includes pre-order/back-order styles, they will ship out with ground service once they are available. You may request to ship your pre-orders/back-orders as an express order, however, an additional shipping cost will be charged.

Shipping Rates
We work closely with FedEx to provide the fastest and cheapest shipping cost.

The first shipment of every order is free. No code or minimum order amount is required, and this applies to every order, not just your first order. Orders may ship in parts as items become available.

Any applicable shipping charges for subsequent shipments will be estimated during checkout and adjusted after the actual shipment weight is confirmed. The existing additional charge for express shipment of pre-order or back-order styles still applies.

PO BOX addresses are shipped via USPS. The free first-shipment offer still applies; any applicable charges for subsequent shipments will be adjusted before shipping.

Tracking:

Most packages will be defaulted to FedEx. You can track these packages at FEDEX.com. If shipped through UPS, you can track your package at UPS.com. Orders shipped through USPS can be tracked through USPS.com.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to begin updating.
