Shipping Information
- Orders ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
- In-stock Orders: Ship from our Lake Forest, California warehouse, Monday–Friday.
- Pre-order and back-order items ship when they become available. Estimated availability dates are not delivery dates.
- The first shipment of every order is free, with no code or minimum order amount. Later shipments may have charges based on actual weight.
- Most orders ship via FedEx. PO Box addresses ship via USPS.
- Tracking info will be emailed once your order is ready. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
Note: Express shipping is not available for pre-order/back-order items unless requested (extra charge applies).
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only for defective merchandise within 3 days of delivery.
- All tags must be attached and items in original packaging.
- Email sales@urbandaizy.com with your company name, order number, photos, and reason for return.
- Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
- All sale items are final sale.
