- In-stock Orders: Place before 11 AM PST for same-day shipping (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Pre-order and back-order items ship when they become available. Estimated availability dates are not delivery dates.
- The first shipment of every order is free, with no code or minimum order amount. Later shipments may have charges based on actual weight.
- Most orders ship via FedEx. PO Box addresses ship via USPS.
- Tracking info will be emailed once your order is ready. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

- Returns are accepted only for defective merchandise within 3 days of delivery.
- All tags must be attached and items in original packaging.
